There we are, the first real week of training done. After being off my bike since around Thanksgiving (I think, but whatever it is it was enough to make me pudgy) I got back on and did three real days of riding. Total milage was 54 miles. There was a fourth day of 30 miles, but I did it at such a leisurely pace I don’t feel like counting it. Next week I will return to the gym as well to mix up my training. There are 550 miles to ride in June and I’ll be ready for them. For those that are curious I’ll be sending out my fund raising information next week.
