Day 0 - 03 June 2006, Orientation Day

Today I got picked up by James and Chris and we took our bikes over to the Cow Palace and started the registration process. We parked our bikes and went to the first showing of the safety video (mandatory for all participants). After that we got in line for registration. I turned in the last of my pledges and got my official wristband.

The Pixar team, Team Luxo, was kind enough to let me tag along with them and I got to be tentmate to Thomas, whom I had met before. We all got sequential tent assignments and that seemed to work out well. After the paperwork was done I went and picked up my fund raising incentive jersey and we were done for the day. All that was left to do at that point was pack, hydrate, and try to get some sleep.
